Experience: Over 20 years’ experience in strength and endurance training. 26 years coaching competitive gymnastics.
About Nick: I’m 46 years old and have been working out since I was 14. I have coached competitive gymnastics for the last 26 years. During that time, numerous athletes I have trained have received fulltime scholarships and competed at the D1 level. I have worked with young kids, senior citizens, and every age group in between.
Preferred Training Style: I believe in progressive overload, proper form, consistency, and high intensity training techniques. I believe some form of cardio can exist within any program.
Nick’s Favorite Workout: Push days!

Nick Tomasello
Trainer
Experience: Over 15 years of experience in nutrition, resistance, and endurance training.
About Nick: I have been training at a high level of intensity at least four days a week since 2008. I have done extensive nutrition and training education and research over the past 15 years. Nutrition and training are not just my career, they are central to my way of life. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with clients who are looking to improve their fitness, health, and quality of life!
Training Style Preference: I believe the most effective style of training is High Intensity Training: moderate warm-up sets building toward one-to-two working topsets in which the target muscle group is driven within one rep or to absolute failure using standardized form. Occasionally, depending on the circumstances, sets can be taken beyond muscle failure with advanced techniques. It is important to align working set volume with training frequency. Training intensity should rarely deviate unless injury or other unexpected issues arise.
Nick’s Favorite Exercise: The Deadlift!

Kassie Brandon

About you: From being an athlete from a young age to transitioning my love for fitness into the gym, I have gained knowledge and experience from research, certifications, and my own trial and error. I am a strong believer in enjoying the process of creating a healthy lifestyle, not only in the gym but in your mind and through daily habits and nutrition as well. I also believe training is something to look forward to each day and I’d love to show you how you can start feeling the same way.
Preferred Training Style: I am a firm believer in perfecting form and progressive overload. I love to incorporate different styles of training into a program, mainly strength training, interval training, and mixing in some calisthenics.

Ari Henderson
Trainer
Experience: 10 months personal training, 3.5 years fitness training, 2 years competitive bodybuilding (Wellness)
Preferred Training Style:
Strength training , High Intensity Interval Training, Bodybuilding (Muscle Hypertrophy)
Favorite workout:
RDLs (Romanian Deadlifts) are such a great workout! One reason they are my favorite is because they really target your hamstrings, glutes, and lower back, helping to build strength and muscle in those areas. They also improve your overall stability and posture, which is important for lifting heavy. Not to mention, they can help enhance your performance during other lifts too!
About you:
I have a deep passion for all things health and fitness. I believe that lifting should be both fun and serious—it’s all about finding that perfect balance! Whether I’m pushing our limits in the gym or sharing tips with others, I’m dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals while enjoying the journey. Let’s crush it together!
Ari’s Fun Fact:
I am a competitive wellness bodybuilder! In this sport it’s all about balancing hard work with passion. I love sculpting my physique while enjoying the process, whether it’s trying new workouts or perfecting my nutrition. Competing pushes me to challenge myself and stay dedicated, but I also make sure to have fun and connect with others in the fitness community. It’s a lifestyle that keeps me motivated and inspired!
